- If there is any problem with your claim, we will call you to discuss our concerns with you personally
- No claim is denied without a thorough review by senior claims personnel other than the examiner assigned to your claim
- Claim payments will be finalized in five working days or less once we receive the neccessary information to do so
- We will always be respectful of your needs and concerns and will employ the highest ethical standards in the handling of your claim
How to file an insurance claim
While we prefer that you report your claim by telephone as this gives us the
opportunity to discuss your situation with you personally and answer any
questions you may have at that time, you may also report your claim online

What you'll need when filing a claim
- Enrollment ID number found on your insurance confirmation and ID card
- TripAdvantage plan number: 901A
- Your departure & return dates of your trip
- Your travel agency name, address, telephone, and name of the agent who handled your booking
Please note claims for individuals and family members living in the same household may be
reported online using the same claim, but family members living in different households,
unrelated individuals or traveling companions must report their claims separately.
